Shipping & Returns

PWR Performance Products only ships to USA address through our web store at the present time. For International orders please contact PWR at 704-658-0092 to receive a quotation for an international shipment. All shipments are shipped via FedEx and FedEx Ground services. Most of the Street and Racer Series Radiators are considered oversized packages due to the safe and certified packaging methods we use. The shipping charges for these packages are calculated from the dimensional weight of the box. 

 

Once you have completed your order via www.pwrradiators.com or by phone, your will receive an email confirming your order and order status. Once the order is processed and shipped you will recive a second email containing the tracking information for your shipment. This information is also available in the My Account area if you created a user login and password during the checkout process.

 

Returns Policy 

 

Most items can be returned within 30 days of the delivery date. Only items that are completely free of any marks, scratches, or damage may be returned.  Items must be returned in the original packaging. Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. A 10% restocking fee will apply to all returns.  

To process a return please contact PWR for a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) at sales@pwrradiators.com or by calling 704-658-0092. When contacting PWR, please have your original order number availble for processing of an RMA. Once you have received the RMA number clearly mark the outside of the box and return via a tracable carrier such as FedEx or UPS. It is recommended that the package be insured for purchase value as PWR is not responsible for any damage incured during the return shipment.

 

Once your returned item has been recieved and inspected, your refund will be processed by PWR within 5 business days and credited back to your credit card account.  Please allow an addition 3-5 business days for the credit to be posted to your account by the processing credit card company.
